We can check your prompt for harmful content before it reaches the provider. A blocked prompt returns 403 moderation_blocked and reaches no provider.
Moderation runs on Managed Keys and is off by default. If your request sets moderate we follow it. If it doesn’t, we follow your organization’s default. If neither is set, moderation is off.
